The initial interview was with the program manager and assistant program manager. It was a really chill vibe. They asked me a couple of situational questions about de-escalation and psychotropic medications. The second interview was with some of the team members, and it was also super relaxed. They asked similar situational questions, and I talked about some of my experience and background.

I went in and there was about 5 people in the room and I sat in the middle. It was the team for that department. They made me feel comfortable and were very nice. They all asked individual questions to see if I would be the right fit. They would be conducting second interviews after.
