I went through two interviews with the company. The second interview had almost the same questions as the first, which made me wonder why it was necessary. Then, I was given two take-home assignments: one estimated to take 3 hours and another 2 hours. I worked hard on both, but got no feedback or confirmation. After a month of no contact, I reached out to the recruitment agency for an update. They told me someone else got the job. I was never officially told, and it seems like my work was probably not even looked at. It was a pretty bad experience overall, not very transparent or professional.

First we did a group simulation with sales simulations in groups. Then I had an HR interview where they asked about my resume. Lastly, I interviewed with the direct manager about my daily work schedule and job description. He didn’t ask me to sell him anything.
