So the interview is done by a panel of 3 people. You are given the questions 20 minutes ahead of time to prepare. You are then asked the questions and the interviewers listen while you answer. They don't give you any feedback, but they do take notes about what you are saying. You have to meet a certain number of benchmarks in order to "pass" the interview and move on to the next round. If you make it to a second interview the atmosphere is much more relaxed and conversational.

The interview process started with a physical assessment to ensure you can quickly move to another unit during a crisis; it's a fairly easy jog around the parking lot. After that, there were short answer questions about coping skills and support systems, given the nature of the job and patients. The final stage was an individual interview with a panel of 3-4 people. I changed into a nice shirt and shoes after the physical.
