It was a 3 interview process. First interview was with the Director of Operations and the Regional HRBP. Second interview was with the Senior HRBP. Third interview was with the Regional HRBP and the Director of Operations again.

The interview process had 3 interviews. The first was a phone screen with HR, then I met with Sales Directors, and the last one was a final phone call with a Director of HR. After I made arrangements to go through multiple rounds of interviews both in person and by phone, HR told me they would let me know. Even though I made it to the final stage and got good feedback, I never heard back. My advice to them is to at least send a quick email or call to let candidates know they went with someone else, instead of leaving them wondering. It's important for their reputation as an employer.

The interview process included a phone screening, a first interview, and then a second interview with the VP. The process took a very long time. I suspect the VP may have been biased against me based on my appearance, possibly due to my age. I received a standard email saying I wasn't selected, with no explanation provided.
