First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Memorial Medical Center.
Medical Biller
It was a pretty good and fast process. I had an interview with HR and then with the department. The only thing was they didn't mention the salary range and wouldn't tell me what it was when I asked.
- What is your desired salary?
Physician Assistant
I had a panel interview with some admin people and department leaders. They asked me some casual work-related questions. The interview took about 45 minutes. After that, HR said they'd let me know if they decided to make an offer.
- What do you consider your professional strengths?
Student Nurse Intern
The whole virtual setup was a bit messy to navigate, as I struggled to connect with the right people initially due to several folks being out of office. I ended up going back and forth with HR quite a bit before I finally got to the correct contact.
- Can you share what motivated you to choose nursing as your career path?
Registered Nurse
Started with a phone call with HR, then talked to the manager. They asked basic questions, mostly situational ones like 'tell me about a time' and tried to learn more about me.
- Describe an instance where you exceeded expectations to care for a patient.
