Staff Frontend Engineer
I applied through Linkedin which led me to Gupy, and two weeks later the recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview. I had the interview and it was very good, and the recruiter said she would give me an answer the same week since I had it on Monday. She didn't reply all week. On Friday, I messaged her to ask about the progress. I received a rejection and I don't even know why, as my skills were more than adequate for the position.

SRE/DevOps Engineer
Applied for SRE/DevOps Engineer at Memed. Interviewed around June 2025, 100% remote. The whole process took about a month. I talked to the recruiter and a team lead, but after that, I never heard back at all, not even a rejection. No explanation, no feedback. It felt disorganized and like they didn't respect my time and effort. I expected better from a health sector company where care should be a core value. My suggestion: treat candidates with more respect. Even a standard message saying you weren't selected is better than complete silence. Transparency and empathy make a difference.
- Can you share details about your background and past work experiences?
Product Manager
The first interview was with HR for a more detailed presentation about the job, company history, and cultural fit. The second interview was with area leaders/managers for a more technical analysis and detailing of professional experiences. Although I unfortunately didn't advance to the final stage, I want to highly recognize and congratulate them for the humanized journey. I was positively surprised by how they went beyond standard feedback, contextualizing and listing the points that make sense for my development at this time. In my view, transparency and attention to detail are fundamental for candidates to have opportunities to develop for future opportunities.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What have been your biggest professional challenges?
- Can you share a professional success case?
HR Analyst
The hiring process was efficient, with few steps and a well-prepared recruiter. However, the interview with senior management was disappointing, with disconnected questions that weren't very relevant to the role. Overall, the experience was positive, especially because of the recruiter's professional approach.
- What was your previous experience in this role?
- Can you share some success stories?
- How would you fit into the company culture?
