First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MemberSuite.
Client Success Manager
It was an informal process which was nice at first. I was told there would be two interviews, one with a current CSM and another with the director of the team, but it ended up being four interviews.
- Can you tell me about your work style?
Software Engineer
I started with a tour of the company led by HR. Then, I had a technical interview with some developers. After that, there was a cultural fit meeting with QA and product people. The last step was an interview with the CTO.
- Would you rather fight one duck-sized horse or one hundred horse-sized ducks?
Engineer
I got this job after applying on Indeed and the HR rep reached out pretty quickly. I first chatted with the HR rep on the phone, then a few days later I had a phone interview with my future manager. After that, I went onsite and met with a bunch of people I'd be working with, even their VP, who's my manager's manager. Then I got an assessment, and a few days after that, they gave me an offer on a Friday night, which was awesome.
- Can you identify the error in this loop statement?
UX Designer
I showed up to MemberSuite for a 2-hour interview. I met the team I would be joining. We worked through some interview questions on a whiteboard, related to the job. I also got to meet the CEO during this first interview.
