The interview was a breeze, more like a casual chat. They asked basic questions about my background and some situational/behavioral stuff. The second interview also focused on my experience, current work duties, and what I'm looking for in this role.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied on the company website and got an email the next day to set up an in person interview. They also sent a survey asking why I want to work there. I got there early and waited a long time to go upstairs to the interview room. The manager and lead who interviewed me had bad attitudes. The manager seemed nervous but nice, and the lead seemed unhappy to be there. They asked questions from a script, which I didn't like because it prevented a natural connection. The questions were dull, even though I was excited and enthusiastic. I got an email saying they liked my interview and experience, and that the VP of Operations wanted to interview me. That interview went well, but I never heard back about whether I got the job or if they stopped accepting applications.

The interview process was very straightforward, consisting of two main interviews. The first interview occurred shortly after I applied. I went to the company headquarters and met with an HR representative. The offices were professionally presented, and the associates had a professionalism I've rarely seen. This interview was a basic one-on-one question and answer session. Two days later, I was called in for a follow-up review at the branch where I would be working. There, I met with the manager and had a second one-on-one question and answer session. My tip is that the second interview is just as important, if not more so, than the first.

I talked to three people for the interview, one of whom was on a webcam and not in the room. They asked the usual questions like "tell me about yourself", "why do you want this job", and "tell me about your experience at your current position". The whole thing was about 30 minutes. I felt a bit underqualified, making it tough, but I think it would be easy for someone with accounts payable experience.
