The interview process involved a recruiter screening, followed by a video interview with the manager. There were also assessments and a final video panel interview. It felt comprehensive, and the process moved efficiently. I liked that I got to meet different people and had the chance to ask them questions.

The interview process was standard and professional overall, but it included a three-hour IQ and personality test, which felt excessive and made me wonder about how the company evaluates candidates and its culture.

It was a really nice place to work. The interview was pretty simple and not scary. They asked me about how I grew up and my academic background. One of the best questions they asked was, 'what really gets under your skin?' It was one of the best interviews I've ever had. I liked that there were two people to talk to. It felt very comfortable and made me excited about the possibility of joining the team.

It started with a random HR phone call screening, then a 1x1 video interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were 4 hours of personality tests and aptitude testing. The process concluded with a video interview with 2 other managers. While the process moved pretty quickly, the interviews felt really impersonal. The amount of time required for the assessments is truly ridiculous; they sent 7 assessments that took 4-5 hours to complete. After finishing the entire interview process, I just got an email saying I wasn't selected to move forward, and no feedback was provided even when requested. I'd advise people to be cautious of the negative reviews online before investing so much time in a company that doesn't even acknowledge thank you emails or provide feedback to final-round candidates.
