The interview process was pretty easy and inviting, and the managers were very friendly. The interview itself was straightforward, and the interviewer asked about my availability. It's important not to say 'whenever you need me' if you have commitments like babysitting on Saturday nights or band practice on Tuesdays. The orientation lasted two hours and covered quite a bit of boring material. They showed us a video that was supposed to be educational but contained very common-sense information.

The interview process was very organized and to the point. It was a 1 on 1 interview that lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. Initially, they set up an interview at one of the stores, and then we went out to lunch where the interview continued while we ate.
