First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Melmark.
Therapist
The whole job interview process was easy, practical, and to the point. They asked relevant questions and were direct. I was told that other people were also applying and that they would get back to me regardless of the outcome.
- Can you work full-time?
Speech-Language Pathologist
The interview was helpful and gave a nice picture of the school. It included a tour of the school, which was helpful to see. I was able to meet the entire department and had all of my questions answered.
- Why are you interested in working at Melmark?
Cashier
Residential Counselor
I was first contacted by HR for a phone interview. Then, I went to the school for the second round and to the residence for the third. It was a pretty easy interview process overall. They seem to have a high turnover rate and usually have many job openings across different houses, so they're always looking for new staff.
- Do you have any prior experience with ABA or working with children with Autism?
