It was a good selection process, but from what I could tell, they hire based on appearance. It's a great company, but not worth it for a trainee if there's no opportunity for growth unless there are open positions for them to hire permanently.

I had an interview through an institution. On the day, I had to go there first to get a letter, and then go to the interview. When I arrived, they were very nice. They asked me to fill out a form with my details, write an essay, and then had an individual interview. They were very understanding because they noticed my nervousness, but they understood and helped me.
