I started by recording a video interview where I was asked about 3 questions, and I had the chance to re-record my answers twice. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with both the hiring manager and the department manager. There was also an online assessment. The in-person interview felt warm and friendly. Even though they ended up choosing another candidate who had more health experience, I really enjoyed the process and was very keen on working there.

It was a quick Skype interview with two people asking questions they had prepared beforehand. These were standard aptitude questions. Nothing really surprised me, and I felt pretty good about how I answered. The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to, and they let me ask some questions at the end.

The interview process was warm and friendly. It involved a small panel of three people. We had a general conversation about relevant industry experience. The questions were fairly routine. They allowed me to be myself. They had a strong focus on not only being able to fulfill the usual security role, but also on the additional dimension of sensitivity and understanding required in hospitals.
