First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Meinhardt.
Intern
The interview was really helpful and interesting. The person interviewing me not only paid attention to what I said but also took the time to go over the correct answers afterward. It felt like a really nice, straightforward, and thorough chat that actually helped me learn more.
- What's your method for distinguishing between a one-way and a two-way slab, and what's the significance of this distinction?
Engineer
They'll dive deeper into your work experience, checking how it connects to the role. You might need to bring and explain documents from past projects, showing what you did. It's all about seeing if you're a good fit for the job's technical demands. Expect straightforward engineering questions for technical roles.
- Could you share your experience and detail your contributions to past projects?
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty laid-back. First, HR gave me a call to chat about my background, my current job, and why I'm interested in this position. Then, I had a technical chat with the engineering folks, which involved problem-solving and system design stuff. They had me explain a project I did recently and how I made my choices. The last part was just a chill talk with the hiring manager about team vibe and career growth.
- It wasn't just about technical skills—they were assessing adaptability, problem-solving, and communication abilities. They were interested in observing how I perform under pressure and my approach to teamwork during unexpected challenges.
Interviewer
This was the worst interview experience ever. The interviewers were so unprofessional and rude, smirking the whole time and interrupting me. I would never join this company even if they offered me the job; their culture is terrible.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Can you elaborate on your professional background?
- What is your reason for departing from your present employment?
