Applied through my college, then was asked to fill out an application on the company website. After a couple of weeks, a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview. Second round was a Skype interview since the headquarters are in Michigan and I lived out of state. Did not interview with a recruiter, but they were very helpful during the process and very willing to answer any questions that I had.

I applied online and after about a month or two, I got an email to schedule an interview. There was only one interview session, which was split into two parts. First, I spoke with two managers for 30 minutes, and then I interviewed with a single manager for another 30 minutes. About a week after the interview, they called me with an offer.
