The interview process was straightforward and not too high-pressure, making it easy to talk. They didn't leave much time for questions at the end, but they did connect me with a recent hire.

The company works with different vendors and involves a lot of standing and chasing people around all day. You can't sit at all. I didn't find out if it was base plus commission or what. There's no paid time off, unlike most places that give you vacation plus sick days. No benefits, but they do reimburse $200 a month if you want to buy government insurance. You'll be standing non-stop all day without breaks, which isn't great for long-term health. They seemed like they were going to offer me the job until I learned about the working conditions and the fact that I have 5 other interviews lined up with better companies. From what I could tell, it might be commission-only. They weren't upfront about it. Maybe someone just starting out could work there, but you could still do better.

The staff I spoke with was really nice and helpful. I actually learned a lot about the company in just 30 minutes, which is more than I've gotten from other places that just care about your degree or how much they'll have to pay you. It felt like a comfortable and professional chat.
