Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Megasoft.
Software Engineer
It was more like a meeting, no tests, just a friendly vibe. They asked about my past experience and previous companies. Tech was a small part of the chat. But they didn't tell me everything about the work environment.
- What's your previous work experience and what tech have you used?
Software Developer
It was a good experience overall. I didn't accept the offer because of family reasons, but it's a good company. The interview process was quite easy and felt like a good filter. They asked typical questions related to core subjects like Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.
- Could you define DBMS?
- What about DS?
- And OS?
Software Engineer
The interview process included 3 technical rounds, a manager round, and an onsite manager round. Work-life balance is very good, and the salary is okay. There's a work-from-home option and good support from colleagues.
- Can you tell me about basic Java concepts?
- What is the architecture of collections?
- Can you describe the architecture of a project you worked on?
