Product Manager
The interview process involved two main rounds. The first round was a 1-hour session with Hiring Manager 1, focusing on resume review and a product strategy case. The second round was with Group PM, also covering resume basics and including a product design question. I found the second interviewer to be quite biased and unfair. Even though I presented a structured and detailed response, I was rejected without proper feedback. I felt this process was a waste of time as the evaluations didn't seem to be based on the right criteria. I'm extremely disappointed with how this went.

Product Manager
Okay, so the interview process had a few rounds. First was an exploratory round mixed with a case study. Then there was a problem-solving/assignment presentation, which could happen at the same time as round 3. Round 3 was also a problem-solving/assignment presentation. After that, there was a tech collaboration round, and finally, a Bar Raiser/cultural fitment round. This was for the Platform team. Round 1 was a screening with the Hiring Manager, about 45 mins, to check my product sense and other key things. They also went over open roles to see if they fit my skills and what I wanted.
- Tell me about your past projects.
- Can you walk me through designing an AI solution for a mini case study?
- How do you approach validating assumptions in product development?
Product Manager
Got shortlisted for the APM-1 role after completing a technical exam that had 3 SQL questions. The interview was on April 10th, 2024. The interviewer was really nice and helped me through everything. We started with introductions, then they told me about themselves, asked about my experience, and how I got into product management from a technical background. It went pretty well, I answered everything, but unfortunately, I haven't heard back. Good luck to me!
- Can you tell me about a product you've used recently?
- What three metrics would you use to evaluate product performance?
- How would you go about calculating metrics like the number of active users?
