Product Designer
First, you submit an application online or via referrals. Then, your portfolio gets shortlisted based on team openings. After that, there's a timed task to complete within 2-3 days. This is followed by 1-2 rounds of task interviews where they might ask some tough questions depending on the team. Next, an HR/Company Fit Interview to see if you're a good match for the company culture and work style. If you get this far, it's a good sign! Finally, there are salary negotiations, as they offer competitive pay, and then the offer letter.
- If the initial problem's parameter was different, what would you have done differently?
- Can you explain your rationale for choosing that specific approach to the problem?
- Given the available data (x, y, z), why did you opt not to explore alternative solutions?

- Could you describe your design process?
Product Designer

- Can you walk us through the case study you worked on?
- How did you arrive at your design decisions in the case study?
- What was your approach to executing the solution for the case study?
