First I had a meet and greet with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the supervisor. The recruiter told me she would let me know the decision either way. The supervisor told me I would hear back in a week or two. After three weeks I hadn't heard anything so I followed up with an email. I got a quick response saying I would get the next steps by the end of the week. I never received anything. It was very disappointing because they could have just sent a generic rejection email when I reached out instead of stringing me along.

The interview process seemed okay at first. I answered the questions as they were asked. Then, I was informed that the interviewer was looking for someone local to the LA area, but since I live in a different state, I felt this crucial detail should have been mentioned in the job description. Moreover, the HR representative contacted me to request references, which I promptly provided. My references confirmed they were contacted, so I know that part was done. However, I never received any further communication about the role, not even an email to let me know I didn't get the job. Frankly, I found the whole experience quite unprofessional.

The interview process was great! The best actually. I interviewed with 2 people plus the founder! They were all so nice. The founder takes the time to explain why he started the company, what their goals are. He actually speak with everyone one they hire. I know 3 interviews sounds a little intimidating but they are so nice. They make you feel very comfortable and don’t grill you like other interviews I’ve had. The entire process was great! I just wish if would have been in person. I do much better with in-person interviews, but this pandemic isn’t letting live a normal life anymore.

Everything was done over the phone. I spoke with the CEO, HR, the medical director, and another team member. After that, they extended an offer. Credentialing was handled swiftly, followed by orientation after the credentialing and background checks were completed. This whole process moved faster than at other places.
