I interviewed with this company twice. Even though they're local, the interviews were on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, I can't recall which. They have a local office, but it seems like no one is physically there; there's just a number to call if you need to deliver something. The interview itself went well, and my work experience in the field was relevant. I asked them if they had any doubts about me or if there was anything I could clarify from our discussion. They mentioned they didn't think I'd be a hands-on manager. This leads me to believe they make hiring decisions based on hearsay, which is strange for a Christian organization. They also said they'd probably call me for a third interview, but I never heard back, even after following up with a third person who was supposed to review my qualifications. It was a nerve-wracking experience.

The interview began with a phone screening that went really well. Following that, I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager. Upon arrival, I met with both the facilities director and supervisor. The interview felt very comfortable, and they seemed genuinely interested in my skills and talents. They were open about the company's growth challenges, which fostered a sense of transparency and understanding. The hiring manager discussed family priorities, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Both managers provided detailed explanations of the role and expectations. The entire interview lasted about an hour and included a few behavioral questions. Overall, it was a relaxed and comfortable interview experience.

HR pre-screening call first, totally separate from the actual decision makers. If you pass that, round 2 is a phone interview and round 3 is in-person. The company is growing super fast and wants to move quickly. They have lots of hiring resources so your resume is read super fast, I got a call the day after applying. They move really fast, I went through all the rounds and got an offer 5 days later. After the offer, it's background check, drug test, then wait for the next orientation class that starts on Mondays.

It was a really great experience interviewing with this amazing leadership team that clearly has a lot of passion and heart. The whole process was super prompt, very open, and extremely engaging, with a great team atmosphere. While the opportunity wasn't the perfect fit for my personal needs in the end, I'd still definitely recommend anyone looking into this company to reach out and apply. You can really tell this organization is guided by strong leaders who care.
