They were flexible and let me interview over Google Meet instead of in person. They offered me the job after just one interview. They asked standard questions about my job history and availability. HR reached out the same day.

I was interviewed by the owner, who was very nice, calm, and professional. The interview lasted about fifteen minutes. We talked about my past jobs from my resume and the experience I gained. We discussed how my experience and skills made me qualified for their open positions. He asked me questions like how long I planned to stay with the company and if I was flexible and available for weekend hours because they are open long hours. I fit both positions they had open, so he let me choose which one I felt more confident with. He offered me the higher-paying position and discussed my availability with his assistant, who was in charge of making my schedule and contacting me after the weekend to start my training.

It was pretty straightforward. I had a phone call first, then an in-person interview. They talked about the job, and asked about my past work history. We also talked about some problems with previous staff. They explained the schedule and the benefits. They ended up offering me the job right there at the end of the meeting.
