I spent over two hours at their office interviewing with four senior people (VPs and the CEO) and I thought it went well. Left feeling pretty good about it. I followed up with Thank You notes and got a, "Thanks, you should be hearing from us soon." response from the CEO. That was a nice way to go into the weekend. I followed up a few days later with the person who set up the meeting (she had been very pleasant and responsive) but got no response. Followed up again thinking maybe she was out of the office. Again, no response. Then followed up with VPs also but zero response. After spending over two hours interviewing and having to pay over $20 for parking (they don't validate so make sure you have money for parking) a simple 'Thanks for your time but we decided to go with someone else' would have been appropriate. Unprofessional.

I showed up on time for my interview, but I was seen almost 45 minutes late by a Director-level staff member who apparently forgot about our meeting. The questions were unclear and his accent made him very difficult to understand.

The hiring process moved fast since credentialing is an industry that always needs staff. I went through two phone interviews and one in-person interview. The first phone call was a basic check to confirm I was a real applicant. The second phone interview was with a manager to gauge my suitability for the role. The in-person interview involved two managers and two VPs. I met with the managers first to discuss my experience and the company. Afterwards, I spoke with the VPs individually.

Getting hired can be a lengthy process. It's rare to get a job offer after just one interview nowadays. Many companies have an involved interview process. It usually starts with screening interviews, often on the phone. Then, there are in-person interviews, followed by second and even third interviews.
