First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedSynergies.
Client Management Coordinator
I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager at the company's location. If I was selected, I would typically get a written offer letter in under a week after the in-person interview. I met my future supervisor at MedSynergies and she was really open to answering all my questions, even the tricky ones. If she didn't know the answer, she was honest about it. I really liked how transparent the company was from the start. Seeing how everyone interacted while I was waiting for my interview was inspiring and made me want to work there. For first impressions, I was super happy to get a second interview here at MedSynergies.

Communications Specialist
I had three interviews: one phone call and two in-person. In the first in-person, they seemed to think I was a great fit. My second interview went okay, though the interviewers got sidetracked a bit and one just stared blankly after I finished answering a question. I sent thank you notes after both in-person interviews and even followed up with the recruiter afterwards, but never heard back. She said she had no clue when I might hear back. I found it pretty rude to not get any follow-up after two interviews, especially when I reached out. Not a great impression of their process or how they do business. I won't apply there again.
- How would you manage challenging clients?
HR
It was a fast process to get an interview, but I wanted to leave early because the staff was strange and not in a good way. I kept wondering what was happening. They were all "HR" people, and I was shocked. They didn't ask me much about myself. Instead, they told me about the job. It felt like high-pressure sales - are you in or out? I thought I was there for an interview, and I couldn't get a word in. It was a truly bizarre and disappointing experience, especially after reading about the CEO. I'd say if you're not a great interviewer, don't worry, because it's clear they don't care about what you say or offer. They just want a warm body. Scary stuff!

Client Service Leader
I went through three interviews. First, I spoke with the recruiter on the phone. It was really informative, and they answered all my questions. Then, I had a conversation with someone who used to do this job. They were also very approachable. The last interview was with my future boss, which was over the phone because they were traveling for training, though usually, it's not. It was quick, but we got to know each other and asked and answered questions.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
