Program Coordinator
So, it was a few rounds. First, I had a quick chat with a recruiter. Then, I met with the hiring manager who I would have been reporting to. After that, I talked with some other people on the team. Finally, I had a meeting with a leader from the C-suite.
- Can you share your key strengths and areas where you see room for improvement?
- What is your approach to managing and ordering tasks?
- Could you provide an example of how you've managed competing priorities effectively?
Coordinator
Applied online. Received a call a couple weeks later. Then had a phone screen with the manager and came in for an in-person interview the following week. No tough questions. Had a third interview that was shorter and more general. Received a verbal offer, and a written offer came a week later. They were not very open to negotiations but did increase the offer a tiny bit.
- What are the usual questions?
Office Coordinator
I applied online and was contacted by HR within 2 days. I went to HQ for an interview with an HR rep about benefits, then met with the AVP and Regional Admin Mgr. This interview was about 25 minutes. A second interview with the Clinical Director and Coordinator was scheduled within 24 hours and took place the following week. I got the offer the day after that.
