If your application seems like a good match, you'll probably have a phone interview with a recruiter or hiring manager. This is your chance to talk about your background, what you've done, and why you want this job. The recruiter can also tell you more about the role and what it's like to work at MedStar Health.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging patient or family member? Explain your actions and the result.

I applied online through their website. After that, a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening with the hiring managers. Both of the hiring managers I spoke with were very pleasant during the call. I ultimately decided not to proceed further due to personal reasons such as the commute. However, my overall interaction with MedStar was quite positive, especially since I didn't have to go through an HR screening first. The online application itself can be a bit of a chore, but it serves as a good initial filter to ensure candidates are serious about their job search.

Confirmed questions1 question
