Senior Software Engineer
This was the worst interview ever. It started with a coding exercise, which was fine. But then it went downhill. Someone who called himself an 'architect' started asking really pointless questions. For example, he asked about a 'service' and CRUD operations over HTTP, questioning how to get O(1) efficiency for everything while also cleaning memory. He wouldn't provide any details about the service, model, or identifier range. It was just 'some service,' 'some e-shop.' Then he wrote three methods on the board and asked how to run them sequentially, without specifying if he meant calling them in order, using delegates, fluent APIs, expressions, or threading. I expected to discuss architecture, threading, or frameworks, but instead, we got into C# syntax details like the '==' operator and how properties were handled in .NET 1. The interview ended abruptly after this bizarre conversation, before I could even talk to anyone else. Wasted three hours. Avoid this place.
- For a given service, how can you achieve O(1) efficiency for all CRUD operations?
- Considering a given e-shop, how would you represent the shop schedule on the server side?
- You have a 'chain of methods,' how would you run them sequentially?
Account Manager
Recruiter reached out and we got started fast. The interview process had 3 parts. First, a quick 30-minute screening call that was really great - good energy, felt like a mutual fit. Then, I actually skipped a step and went straight to a panel interview with the Sales Director and an AE. I had to do a presentation about myself, which I think worked well to kick off a discussion about my background and cultural fit. Finally, I had an interview with the COO, which was definitely not just a formality. He really tested me for over an hour, even including a whiteboard session on my sales approach. Overall, a great interview experience!
- Can you walk me through your sales process on the whiteboard?

Sales Engineer
The interview process seemed fast but their feedback wasn't genuine. I was informed that the CEO wanted to bypass the SKYPE interview and meet me in person, with a potential offer approval if he liked me. I incurred significant personal expenses for the 8-hour trip to the meeting, which went very well. Three days later, I was told the CEO wanted to interview additional candidates. Three weeks after that, they announced a decision to promote from within. I would not have made the trip if an offer wasn't pending. I inquired about what the CEO disliked and was only reiterated that they decided to promote from within. No compensation was offered for expenses or anything else.
- Have you ever presented to C-level executives?
- Have you presented to multiple customers?
- Can you describe your quota achievement history?
Database Developer
I applied online and heard back after two weeks to set up a phone interview. The interviewer's voice was quiet, which made it tough to catch the questions. They mostly asked about how I'd deal with specific scenarios or what I'd done before. They were also looking for someone with NoSQL experience. I thought the interview went alright. They said they'd let me know in 2-3 days, but I haven't heard back yet.
- Describe your experience with real-time or production scenarios.
- Tell me about your experience with specific production-related cases.
