An internal recruiter from Med Pro reached out to me. I had an initial phone screen and then an hour-long interview with the same recruiter. She mentioned she'd forward my resume and info to the sales team and that I'd hear back by the next Tuesday at the latest. Despite sending a thank you email and a polite follow-up, I received no response. It's inconsiderate and unprofessional to ghost candidates after they've taken time out of their day to interview.

It's pretty much the same application process as with other travel companies. First, you have to send in your resume, then your credentials and licenses, and then do this super long skills checklist. After that, you just wait to hear back from a hospital that needs someone for 13 weeks. My recruiter was really helpful and knew a lot about the industry. She sent my info to a bunch of hospitals and stayed in touch until I got my first contract.

The interview process was about 2 hours long and included scenario-based questions, like 'tell me about a time when...'. I felt the interview was longer than it needed to be, as it could have been condensed into 30 minutes to an hour. The office environment seemed pretty laid-back. They mentioned perks like weekly raffles, which I thought could have been better used for higher wages.
