I got a call from Medpoint Management, but I let it go to voicemail. The staffing coordinator left a message about my resume and wanting to interview me. When I called back, she said I applied through ZipRecruiter the day before. I mentioned I hadn't applied, and she admitted others said the same, but asked if I was still interested. She sent the job posting, and it seemed like a good fit, so I agreed to an interview with their IT supervisor the next week via GoTo. I'd interviewed with them two years ago for a System Admin role and turned down their offer because they weren't using cloud services. This interview was with the same supervisor, and the questions were similar. This time, he mentioned they'd started using cloud services and asked if that made me interested. He focused more on behavioral questions and my comfort with his personality rather than technical skills. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and he said I'd hear back the following week, but I never did, so I assume I didn't move forward.

You’ll probably hear from the Admin Assistant to schedule an interview. They’ll send you an application to complete, and if you do well in the first panel interview, you’ll then meet with your direct Senior Operations Manager one-on-one.

Got a message from an assistant about the System Administrator job, asking if I was interested. The interview was held on GoTo with a supervisor and director. We started by introducing ourselves and what we were looking for. Then, they asked me about specific things on my resume. There weren't many technical questions, mostly behavioral ones like handling stress, coworker disagreements, a micro managing boss, and managing tickets. The interview ran for about 2 hours, much longer than the scheduled 45 minutes. I got good feedback, but my career goals didn't align with their current objectives. They mentioned a potential second interview onsite to meet the team. They also noted that their technology is quite old but functional, and they need someone to support it while also leading some projects that are currently untouched. I received an offer three days after this single interview but declined it because I was seeking a role that utilized the technologies I'm certified in.
