First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedPartners.
Human Resources Generalist
I applied through LinkedIn and got contacted by a recruiter. We had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It went okay, but they had two other candidates to see. It's been a week, and they haven't responded to my follow-ups. I find it unprofessional that they ignore candidates instead of updating them on their status. I also found out they allow drinking during work hours, which seems strange.
- What aspects of your current role do you find unsatisfactory?
Coding Consultant
The interview process is conducted entirely over the phone. You'll receive a coding test to complete online, which was pretty straightforward. During the interview, they might make big promises and paint a perfect picture, but the reality can be unpredictable. If they lose a contract or the need for help decreases, your job could be at risk, and there might not be other positions available.
- Can you tell me about your coding experience duration?
Coding Review Consultant
It was hardly an interview at all. They looked at my resume and hired me. We went over my past jobs and qualifications. We talked about the testing procedure and how long it would take to finish. The interview was done over the phone and through email.
- Can you describe your areas of coding knowledge?
Recruiter
I had a simple interview where I met the team and they told me about the position and how I'd fit culturally. Then I interviewed with the main owner and got an offer.
- Can you share an experience where you dealt with a difficult coworker?
