First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedOptions.
Nurse Practitioner
It was a laid-back process. I met with the person interviewing me at a public spot that worked for both of us. Since the job requires going to different places daily, there isn't a set office. The interviewer was happy to answer my questions and learn more about me. I didn't feel like I was being grilled.
- The interviewer mostly answered my questions.
Management
Recruiters here are not up to par and don't use good methods for hiring and keeping people. They don't give you all the details about the job. It gives a really bad first impression. People who are okay with being put down, overly controlled, or are dealing with mental health issues might do well here. Anyone with some self-respect will notice the fake vibes and obvious problems.
- Were any behavioral questions asked, sometimes the interview felt too informal?
- Were there inconsistencies with hiring managers?
Family Nurse Practitioner
Met with CEO, CFO, Controller, Senior Account, HR Manager, and VP of Strategic Application. The entire process took 2 hours. Was asked various questions based on qualifications and skills. I went in at 10 and was out by noon. They spoke to the roll and made sure I knew exactly what I was going to be doing and made sure I knew how to complete the tasked required.
- What were your abilities with Excel and Financial Modeling?
Clinical Psychologist
First, there was a phone interview with a Psychologist and a recruiter to go over my qualifications. Then, I met with the Regional Manager in the community, which was a friendly and conversational meeting.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- Are you interested in working with geriatric patients?
