I applied online through zip recruiter and got a few follow up questions. Then I got an email saying I passed and had to do a basic math & english test and a personality test. After those tests, I got another email saying I passed and had to schedule an interview and an in-office test and bring my resume. When I got there, there were about three other people taking the accounting test in the lobby, which was really weird. I've never seen a mass testing like that before. After the test, they said they'd call me by the end of the day to let me know how I did, but I never heard back from them. I'm not sure why I even brought my resume since I didn't meet anyone besides the receptionist. I've never taken so many tests for a job and never actually met anyone. It was the strangest hiring process I've ever been through.

- The english and math assessment tests were basic, and if I recall correctly, they were all multiple choice. They would give a sentence and you would have to determine if a word was misspelled.

I found a job posting for Medology and was shocked to see how unique and fun their website was! I was attracted to the idea of "enjoying my workday", and loved the company vision. My previous experience was in the medical field so I considered myself lucky to possibly have a shot at a job. I took an assessment after I submitted my application, and crossed my fingers. Maybe a month or so later, I got a call!! I did a phone interview with Kirstin and couldn't wait to tell her how excited I was to interview. On the day of, my expectations were exceeded. I could really tell Kirstin was in my corner and was hopeful I would make a good impression on our CEO. Thankfully, I was offered the position the next day, and I've loved working there ever since!!

You first apply online and complete several assessments, including math and spelling. This process takes a considerable amount of time. Following that, there's a brief phone interview with the HR Manager, where general questions are asked, but they keep details minimal. Next, you'll be invited for an on-site interview, where you might see other candidates. It's worth noting that none of them were hired, and the position is still open. At the on-site, you'll complete a written accounting assessment, which is graded immediately. Finally, you'll have interviews with the CEO, Accountant, and HR Manager. Even though the position is still open, it seems like no one has been hired.
