So it was an on-campus interview. They gave me two coding questions and ten MCQs. After that, there was a technical interview and then an HR interview round. The coding questions were easy. I solved them in Java, but they offered me a .NET developer role. There's a 4-year service agreement, so I declined the offer.

First, you talk to HR to get to know each other and company policies. Then, there's a longer technical round, the actual interview. Finally, you meet the team you'll be working with. It's a pretty fast and easy process.

There were three rounds of Interviews. First, a 30-minute Technical Interview. Questions depended on the job profile and your previous experience. They cared more about your attitude and adaptability than just technical knowledge. Second, a 30-minute HR Discussion where they'd ask basic questions, explain company culture, outlook, and norms, and discuss salary. Third, a very short (5 Mins) chat with the Executive VP who would ask just one or two basic questions. If you passed Round 1, the other two rounds were basically formalities.
