Activities Coordinator
The process was quick and easy. I spent about 25 minutes talking with HR and the Executive Director about the position. I also got a tour of the facility and was able to meet a few people. They called and offered me the job later that week.
- What makes you want to be an Activities Coordinator?
Marketing
The process was easy and I had a great conversation. They said they would call me the following week, but it's been two months and I don't think I'll get a call. I contacted the director to follow up and was told I'm next in line if the other candidate doesn't accept. That person didn't accept, so... The interviewer didn't seem to like that my experience was all with the same company and didn't consider that I hadn't taken into account it was all the same company.
- Tell me about your experience in marketing.
Human Resources Generalist
Great experience! HR Manager was very down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly and explained his line of questioning. Went through a phone screen first, was called within a week for an in person interview. He said he appreciated my timeliness in responding to his request for an interview, as others weren't so timely. He indicated he talked to several people before me and many had no core HR knowledge-but I did. It was refreshing.
- What are your strategies for managing diversity within a role?
- How would you approach diversity in the workplace?
Social Worker
The interview process was super easy and went smoothly. I talked with the administrator of the building. They gave me a tour of the facility and asked me standard questions about why I applied, my skills, and what I thought the job duties were.
- What made you choose Medilodge?
- Why did you apply for this position?
- Can you tell me about your relevant skill sets?
