I applied for the ROI job and got an invitation for a HireVue interview. After the online interview, I was invited for an in-person interview in Tennessee. The process was smooth and stress-free, allowing candidates to be themselves. I interviewed with the CEO and the Director of Operations and really enjoyed it. I believe this company cares about its employees' best interests. I submitted my references for a background check. Though I was turned down for the position, I'd recommend it to people in Nashville.

I got an email, then did a phone screen, and after that I went in for a face to face interview. I met the owner/founder and two other guys and they asked me about my past work experience and if I was a good fit for the company.
