First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medical Service Company.
Sales Representative
Started with an online application, then a basic phone screen and a phone interview. After that, there were several more phone and in-person interviews with HR, my direct manager, a supervisor, and even a VP. Overall, it was a good experience!
- Questions about your job skills and how dedicated you are.
- Questions focusing on your commitment to the role.
- Questions about how you work within a team.
Inventory Associate
It was a good interview. They asked about my past experiences and education. Then they asked some more questions about my DME experience and being a tech. The manager used to be a tech and is now in RT, so they understood the position well. They also asked about being on call and working late.
- What are your previous experiences?
- What is your educational background?
- Can you describe your experience with DME?
Customer Service Representative
I didn't vibe with the interviewers. They were way too corporate and it felt like an interrogation, not an interview, especially for an entry-level role that's good for new grads. I knew right away I didn't want the job, mostly because of how the people selling the company came across.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Can you describe a past conflict with a colleague?
- What's something people often misunderstand about you?
Prior Authorization Specialist
I had 3 interviews and honestly, I was really disappointed. It felt very hypocritical. They talked about how great it is to work there now, but people barely last a month. It's sad, but it's the truth.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
- Let's discuss your work history.
