Student Ambassador
The interview process is thorough having multiple steps before commitment. Those who interview are higher-ups in an organization that shares honest opinions. For me they said I was potentially over qualified to need to attend the program so guided me to apply to the industry as is.

Intern
Had three interviews: first with the intern, then two with brand reps. It was mostly pretty easy going. All interviews were over the phone with each person. This was during COVID, so it might change when things open up.

Career Advisor
So there were three rounds to this interview. The first was a phone call with the HR manager. Then the second was a zoom call with the career advisors manager. The final round was a presentation.
