Behavioral Presentation

It was a quick and minimal interview process with precise questions about the market and facility. They asked about my goals for the department and my leadership experience. I will then either move to the next round to be interviewed by the VP of business development.

Group Behavioral Other

This was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. It was a group interview where everyone took turns reading questions from a paper. The questions weren't related to the job, and the interviewers were very robotic. They used questions from a personality test taken beforehand, which had nothing to do with my qualifications. I was really put off by the whole thing, and they didn't even bother to notify me about not being selected. It was unprofessional, and I wouldn't apply to this company again.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to manage an emotional family member?
  • Tell me about a time you received negative feedback from your manager and how you dealt with it.
  • Can you describe a conflict you experienced with a coworker?

Behavioral Group

First, you gotta apply online, and that has this behavioral analysis thingy that takes like 20 minutes minimum. It's got questions like 'How would you rate diversity on a scale of 1 to 5...?' and 'Teamwork is how important to me Very, Somewhat, Not really, Not at All?' You get the idea. If you pass the 'Psychological' test, your application goes to HR. If they dig your resume, they'll call you in for an interview. This interview is mostly more behavioral questions. They do these panel interviews, which they don't tell you about beforehand, so be ready for that. If they like you, you'll get a tour of the place. They called me back the very next day.

Behavioral

It was a very casual interview. I spoke with the facility administrator. I first checked in with the receptionist. The administrator kept me waiting after the scheduled time. The administrator started by telling me a bit about themselves, the organization's history, and the CEO. They had a list of questions covering personality, situational questions, and my educational background.
