I had a phone chat with HR first, and then I went in person to meet with two managers and a couple of employees. They asked some basic stuff about my past experience and how I handle patient care, giving examples. Honestly, everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. No tough questions at all, they were mainly interested in understanding my approach to nursing.

I applied online and got scheduled for an interview pretty fast, like within a week. The interview was with HR and some RNs from the unit I applied to. There were 4 interviewers in total. It went by pretty fast. Most questions came from one guy who was nice, the others seemed bored. I got an email about the status within a week.

First I chatted with a manager and director. Then some other staff nurses interviewed me and gave me a tour of the floor. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours.
