First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medical City North Hills.
Social Worker
The interview process was short and involved a phone call, an in-person meeting, and a peer interview. It wasn't tough, and I felt I answered most questions well. It was useful to chat with people currently working there from different teams.
- How would you approach handling conflict situations?
Project Manager
After applying online, I had a one-on-one interview with the Director of Recruitment, and then a peer interview. They asked standard questions from a list and took notes. It wasn't very conversational. The DOR said they used standard questions to ensure fairness to all candidates.
- Can you describe the most stressful situation you faced in the past year and explain how you managed it?
Registered Nurse
I had a critical thinking test first, then I interviewed with several nurses. They asked me a bunch of behavioral questions. The whole thing took about half an hour. It was a good experience.
- Tell me about a medication error you nearly committed but managed to prevent, and explain how you identified the potential mistake.
