First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medical City McKinney.
Nurse Resident
Smooth and easy interview process, I didn't even prepare for it. I've been in the workforce for over ten years, so I know the drill. Just be relatable, tell your story, and be convinced that you can do the job. Yes, I got an offer on the same day.
- Tell me about a difficult decision you had to make and how you handled it.
Radiologic Technologist
HR from out of state called me and we scheduled an interview for the next day. The staff were very friendly and approachable, despite the busy atmosphere. They were open to communication, and the work area was nice and clean.
- What are your preferred working hours?
- Can you share an instance where you encountered and resolved a unique challenge?
- Have you applied to other places?
Registered Nurse
The recruitment process was not personable and I felt very uneasy. The recruiter didn't have my information even after I submitted it multiple times. I had to find a new recruiter and the same thing happened. I was able to set up 2 walk-in interviews, which I still registered for online. The company might be a good place to work if you can get past recruiting and the rushed interviews.
- Which unit are you interested in?
Recreation Therapist
The interview was really informative and I learned a lot about the job. The manager explained the day-to-day and gave a tour of the facility. The second interview was a panel interview over zoom with team members.
- How did you learn about this opportunity?
