First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medic Ambulance Service.
Firefighter/Paramedic
It was an easy interview with personal and brief experience questions. Overall, it was a simple interview and you can tell they are hurting for people to work as paramedics. But so is every other ambulance company.
- Do you have any prior experience?
EMT-Basic
I met with the supervisor for the interview. It was pretty easy and fast, only about 30 minutes. The people there were nice and knew their stuff. It wasn't scary at all, and they didn't ask any technical questions. They mostly asked about me.
- Can you share three of your strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you describe yourself?
EMT
I talked with two interviewers. They were really nice. We chatted about me and what I knew about the company. They had questions, but it felt like a normal talk.
- Could you share your top three strengths?
- What about your top three weaknesses?
EMT-B
Had a quick and easy 15-minute chat with the operations manager. We talked about my hobbies, my 5-year plan, and my strengths and weaknesses. They also wanted to hear a bit about me and what I know about the company.
