First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mediassociates.
Account Planning Coordinator
Had over 5 interviews and they check references before making an offer. My references said they had to do a survey and then I heard nothing for weeks. Not a good experience, felt like they didn't respect my time.
- Are you able to commute to the office?
Supervisor
I first spoke with the recruiter for the Supervisor position. We had a phone screening where I discussed my background and suitability for the role. Following that, I had in-person interviews with team members and some executives. After receiving the offer, I requested a follow-up call to clarify some points I hadn't asked about during the in-person interviews. This call was a standout because it felt like a more relaxed conversation about the role, expectations, and growth, which many larger agencies don't offer. It confirmed their commitment to finding the right fit and investing in my success, and their transparency throughout the whole process was a major factor in my decision to accept.
- Describe how you would approach a campaign with both an analytical and an innovative strategy.
- How do you manage your time when facing difficult deadlines?
Account Planning Coordinator
The interview process had about 5 stages. The interviewers were helpful and there weren't any tricky questions. It was all conducted online via Teams and was set up quickly. I got a good sense of the team and company culture.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
