First, there was a phone screening call. Then, a zoom interview took place with the two directors. A decision was made after that! The HR person was super helpful and the process was really transparent!

Behavioral Other

I got into Mediasmith through a referral from a previous employee. They connected me to HR, who I had to be pretty persistent with to get a response. After scheduling, I had an interview with a Media Supervisor. That same day, I met with three employees and the CEO. The entire experience felt pretty relaxed and a bit disorganized. It was really hard to get any feedback afterwards.

I had a phone interview and then was brought in to interview with 3 sets of 2 people for 30 minute interview sessions. They were nice and mainly went through my resume and asked questions about my past experiences.
