First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MediaMax.
Business Development Representative
It was a long process with many steps. They asked a lot of questions. The last interview was with the CEO. You should get ready to do a sales pitch. Pay attention to how the managers act towards you.
- Can you present a sales pitch?
Business Development Representative
It was three rounds total. The first two interviews were fine, but the last one with Eric Siles, who is the co-CEO, was really bad. He was rude and condescending, and also the pay for the job is not enough to live on ($40k is not a living wage in 2024).
- How do you handle your time management when working remotely?
Media Planner
The experience was very smooth and comfortable. They also made sure I knew what I was getting into. They also left time for questions and had a very fast process.
- What makes you want to join this company?
- Do you feel you would be a good fit for the day-to-day responsibilities?
Publicity Research Coordinator
I interviewed with HR first. Then, in the second round, I did a short written test and met with the hiring manager. It was a pretty fast and straightforward process.
- What are your thoughts on performing desk work?
