First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Media Storm.
Broadcast Negotiator
So I had a weird interview process with this company. They first called me for a phone interview and then set me up with an interview with the broadcast team in LA. After meeting them, they told me that the next step was to meet their senior VP. Well, the next day I got an email saying I had to complete a project, building a media plan. I thought that was odd since buyers build media buys, not plans. They said they were looking for thought process. They give you about a week to finish and present the project, which is another interview in the office. A week after that, they called and said I needed to come in for a 3rd interview to meet the senior director. I was already turned off because they made me come in 3 times and parking is $25 with no validation in Brentwood. After the interview, I followed up a week later and never heard back. After a few weeks, I figured I didn't get it. I found it very unprofessional not to get an email back after 3 interviews and a project. The whole thing took 2 months because of the holiday.

Paid Search and Paid Social Associate
I had two phone interviews with the Director of Talent and Development, who then passed me to an in-person interview with the Search and Social team. All of those went well, and they asked me back for a fourth interview, which involved a marketing strategy project that I had to present to the team. After the presentation, they said they'd be in touch, but I never heard back. I reached out to the director for an update, and got no response. It's frustrating to put in so much time for a project and multiple interviews, and not even get a rejection. It feels unprofessional to ask for marketing ideas, take them, and then ghost the candidate. I wonder how many people they've done this to.

Planning Coordinator
I applied online and heard back within 48 hours with an offer for a similar entry-level role because I didn't have enough experience for the job I applied for. I said I was still interested and had two in-person interviews on different days. Then, I had a phone interview with a third person from the department to avoid another trip into the city. Finally, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Even though I didn't get the job, the process was pretty good. Everyone was friendly and the questions weren't weird. They were also really good about responding quickly and keeping things moving.

Senior Executive
The interview process seemed organized. I spoke with the head of the agency first, and then for the second interview, I met with a senior team member in person. They both asked some really good questions. I did notice that the company's website is quite outdated, with old announcements. It makes you wonder about a company trying to be on the cutting edge.
