Marketing Representative
The interview process was pretty simple after I got the interview. I went to their old Quarry Lakes spot in Baltimore, MD. I spoke with three of the managers one on one. They asked some good questions and also gave me a chance to learn more about the company, the work atmosphere, and the job itself. I also got to ask them any questions I had.
- What are you looking for in a new position?
Program Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I found the role online, had a chat with one person, and got an offer the same week. It was great not having to wait weeks for a response.
- Tell me about your past accomplishments, the challenges you've encountered, and your perspective on the industry.
- For this management role, could you discuss any previous supervisory experience you have?
- Do you find working with tobacco products acceptable, considering the patience and creativity needed in a highly regulated industry?
Brand Ambassador
So, I had this interview with two people, a manager who seemed really upset and a guy who looked like a rapper. The guy was asking the questions while the manager just watched and criticized him. It was a really weird interview.
- Would you be available on weekends or during the day for cigarette promotions at convenience stores?
Field Representative
Right after I applied, I got a call from headquarters. They asked me some basic stuff, and then told me my local manager would get in touch to set up an interview. During the interview, they started with some basic questions to see if I'd be okay doing the job, then asked about me and my past work. I also have to pass a background check.
- Are you okay with working in a different kind of setting?
