The interview process was decent. The HR and all the hiring managers made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The role i was interviewing for, was for a fresher, and they had 7 different interview rounds - which is very unusual, for an entry level role. The first round will be an aptitude test round, in which you will be asked questions on math, logic and basic reasoning. Then you will have multiple face to face and VC interviews with leads, managers, Senior managers, Business heads etc. After you clear all rounds and you are told that we will get back to you soon with an offer. Instead of an offer, the HR will then get back to you and say, sorry you do not fit the requirements for this role. If you feel a candidate does not fit the requirement, do not conduct 7 different rounds of interviews with them, tell them they cleared all it, waste an entire month on the process and then tell the candidate that you do not fit the requirement.

Technical Case Presentation

We had 3 on Campus Rounds. First was an aptitude test that included basic number problems and an essay. Those who cleared the aptitude round were called for the PI rounds. The second round was PI-1, which covered company information and a basic case study. The third round was PI-2, where we had to prepare a business plan on the given case. We did not have a group discussion.

The interview process was super long & tedious. It lasted for around 2 weeks. There were total 5 rounds. I cleared all the rounds & the HR told me I had a pretty good chance so I was asked to wait. They later rejected me because they thought I will leave the company soon despite promising them long term commitment right in the beginning. They are very unprofessional & didn’t value my time. Pathetic organisation.
