First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MedForce, an IQVIA business.
Manager of Meetings and Events
It was a casual interview process with two separate interviews, each with a different person. They asked relevant questions, and we had a good conversation. Both interviewers had experience in this role, making it easy to discuss job duties and how my past experience could apply.
- Can you describe the types of meetings you've managed and their respective scales?
Conference Coordinator
This was the most uncomfortable and off-putting interview experience I've had. I'm not sure if the interviewers were inexperienced, but they were dressed unprofessionally and seemed disinterested and unorganized. They also failed to follow up after I reached out, leaving me with a negative impression of MedForce.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Technologist
I submitted my resume and then got a call for a telephone screen, after which I was invited in. A nice person greeted me, and the office was attractive, with very professional personnel. It was a positive experience overall, with about 20 questions where I discussed my qualifications and background.
- Can you tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult patient? How did you reassure them of your skills and keep them calm?
Research Assistant
After an initial HR chat, you'll take some technical tests and then go through a few interviews. They'll check your expertise in the field, how you solve problems, your communication style, and if you'd fit in with the team. It usually wraps up in about one to two weeks.
- Could you describe how your team usually works together and communicates?
