Content Marketing Manager
After finishing a multi-stage interview process, I got a verbal job offer and benefit details emailed. Then, I had a Zoom meeting to finalize the role with HR. But, without any warning, the company canceled the position. This happened after weeks of horrible, unresponsive communication and delays following the offer. They gave a vague explanation about shifting priorities, with no real accountability for my time or the disruption. This kind of instability and poor communication shows serious internal disorganization. Seriously, stay away from Medecision. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable and says a lot about their culture.

Chief of Staff
I made it through two rounds of interviews and then was ghosted, similar to what others have experienced. My HR contact did not reply to outreach. Disappointing experience. The job description also did not match the skills they seemed to be looking for in the interview - they wanted someone focused on sales. I see they have now opened a role for this skillset as well. I wonder if they just don't know what they're looking for. Not a great way to interview.

Client Communications Manager
The interview process was quite extensive. I went through six interviews initially: four 30-60 minute phone interviews and two in-person interviews. I was informed that three more interviews were expected. Interestingly, I met two people in person whom I had already spoken with on the phone, which seemed unnecessary for a second meeting. While I was enthusiastic about the opportunity and the multiple interviews did provide a good sense of the company culture, the overall process felt excessive. Especially since, after six interviews and over a week of waiting, I was told I was over-qualified, which is something that could have been determined much earlier. The recruiter and HR were very responsive and accommodating throughout. The interviews themselves were relaxed and conversational, focusing more on job responsibilities and my background rather than traditional behavioral questions. I enjoyed interacting with the friendly employees at Medecision over the two months, but the final outcome was disappointing and made me question if the time invested was worthwhile. Otherwise, I would have rated the experience negatively.

Senior QA Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I started with an initial phone interview with a Scrum Master and two QA folks. After that, they invited me in for an in-person interview. First, I met with the Scrum Master for about 45 minutes. We covered basic introductions and discussed the platform I'd be working on, along with the general application and company culture. Then, the other QA team members joined, and we moved into a Q&A session.
